How it Works: 

1. Fill out the Form Below

2. Matt will contact you to arrange drop-off or pickup

3. Service will be completed within 5-7 business days (often much faster)

Keep your stand mixer running like new with an internal cleaning and regrease, to include new gasket, o-ring, and pins. Turnaround is typically less than 7 business days.

Includes:

• New Transmission Case Gasket
• New Center Shaft O-Ring and pins
• 6 oz of food grade grease (Phillips 66 Food Machinery Grease – NLGI #2 and H1 certified)
• Inspection of all components
• Speed Calibration (60rpm at Stir and 180rpm at speed 6)
• Height Adjustment (if applicable)
• Any faulty parts are replaced with new OEM parts at list price with no additional labor charge (client must approve before replacement)
• Pickup/Delivery charges:
  • FREE: Between Coupeville and Deception Pass Bridge 
  • $30: South Whidbey, Anacortes, and Mt Vernon
  • $50: Bellingham/Everett
  • Delivery outside the above areas is available, please inquire at info@mattsmixers.com

*Please note: I try to use OEM parts to the max extent possible, however, some parts are no longer available or an aftermarket part is superior in quality. In this case, a non-OEM part will be used. Fret not, I wouldn't put anything in your machine I wouldn't use on my own beloved K5-A!
